What we collect

Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, selected service, message and contact consent. You can also provide a phone number and company name. We record the page where you submitted the enquiry, submission time and notification status.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your request, communicate with you and prepare a proposal when appropriate. Enquiry consent covers responding to your request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Storage and email

Enquiries are stored in our configured Google Cloud Firestore database. A notification containing your enquiry is sent through Gmail to cryoltechnologies@gmail.com. These providers process information to operate the services. Access should be limited to authorised people handling enquiries.

Spam prevention

We use an essential session cookie and signed CSRF tokens to verify form requests, Cloudflare Turnstile, a hidden spam field and submission limits. We also store a keyed fingerprint of enquiry details to recognise accidental duplicates. The form session cookie expires after one hour and is not used for advertising. Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. The verification token is sent to Cloudflare for validation and is not stored in our enquiry database. A keyed hash derived from your network address is stored in a separate rate-limit record. This protects the form without adding your raw network address to the enquiry record. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond to your request, manage the business relationship or meet applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about access, corrections, deletion or withdrawing contact consent. Deletion requests cover the enquiry database and associated notification emails, subject to applicable obligations.

Information to leave out

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or forensic evidence through this form. If an engagement needs sensitive information, we will agree an appropriate transfer method separately.
